hey so did everyone get the message about the rock slide in the gorge in western NC? One of our drivers had the bad luck to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.They are ok though I already asked. here is the news footage.

I think it's mostly a matter of people who are not ready for the responsability of being a true business owner. This isn't "Steering Wheel Holder" type of driving. It's a lot of work with a lot of rewards. I also think many believe they know better than JCT how to run their business. Most of them fail as well. I always tell drivers, "Loose the attitude & work the JCT way or go to work for Swift. Your choice."

 

I love all the things i read about jtc just hate that they are not hiring in nc rite now i will call everyday if i have to but i will be coming on board even if i have to move to an area where they are hiring

 

To tell you the truth i would be willing to deadhead out to get a load.hows your home time do you come home under dispatch

 

They r only gonnaa do so much deadheading cuz it comes out of their pocket. Until they get more customers in the carolinas doubt they will hire anymore from that region
