ok,,now i've read pretty much all the posts in this thread,darn good info and frankly some of the listing of the personal experiences,(shop problems,lease turn ins, shippr/receiver issues,lease cost etc,,,,,,have been grreat,but i really hav'nt seen any specific questions about insurance,,(health,life,disab,spouse/kids life\health and i didn,t see anything in my pro-forma package from the recruiting dept, so any info on this???, if not available'does any one have a recommendation for outside insurance?,thanks for all the great info and post in this thread,,the more i have seen the better i feel about coming aboard....

That is actually a Supplemental plan, not major medical insurance. You should look into some major med, and use that supplemental plan to help meet deductibles, cover little gaps, and provide some income while you are out from work.
If you have a heartattack or stroke or something with that supplemental, you will get a huge surprise when you realize how limited it is.Alanp613 Thanks this. -
