While y'all argue, Forgeting the fuel consumption,My classic XL is still the better truck all around. I get 6.4 mpg and I am happy
On another note, I made it home for Christmas (YAY) and the first thing I did this morning , was to call OOIDA and give $300.00 to the standed Arrow drivers

Truck driving is a lot easier in a truck that you like. All this fuss over trucks is silly.
I drive a WesternStar and I like it just fine. I see a lot of JCT trucks on the road and they all look just fine.
How a truck holds up has a lot to do with the driver. I have seen new trucks DESTROYED in a matter of weeks. I have also seen basic,cheep trucks that were still in good shape after many years of service. The difference was the driver.

"If you think your truck is any different than the junk I'm driving your kidding yourself. I have the Same truck from the seats forward Except mine probably has more H.P.
It's Hilarious when you see mine without a Chrome bumper and wheels you laugh at it When your driving one.
I'm sure you have a lot of hatred towards me for telling you my thoughts. But for the truck payment you deserve to be driving a KW or Peterbilt not lining the Managements pockets.
Also if you want to put me up against other drivers then bring it on. Paycheck for Paycheck i'll send you home crying to momma."
I guess someone that is a company driver has no idea how or why to run a business. O/o and l/o have more tax right offs than any company driver could ever hope for and beside total income no one is taking in to account that in 4 years I will have a paid off truck where as a company driver will not!!
If you think a daycab and otr truck ride the same you have no idea how a truck is built. I researched my prostar and made a choice to buy it. I like my truck and it's not a fleet truck! Yes when I pass you it may look like one but I'm out here to make money, not impress you!!!
I traded my 379 for it and can tell you the ride IS better. But again I don't care what you think. If you like your daycab than keep on truckin' and when I pass you , well just wave and be happy!!
I started driving in a 1986 fl cabover so I know a thing or two about the way, and why a truck has a smooth or rough ride.
Paycheck for paycheck? In 4 years what do you have? Oh maybe your company job, but that is not for sure as we have seen this week.

Ditto what Wayne said! Each person has their own likes and dislikes... their own opinions... thank God, otherwise there would only be ONE type of truck on the road in ONE color! It boils down to enjoying the truck you drive, enjoying the company you work for and allowing others to do the same. It's even better when you can enjoy your fellow drivers! let's set aside our need to be right and celebrate the season!MERRY CHRISTMAS to all of you!!! ...

THE MOLDED VALVE BODY HAS AN INCORRECT CORE PIN IN THE INJECTION MOLD CAUSING THE VALVE BODY TO BE OVERSIZED IN THE DOUBLE CHECK VALVE AREA. THIS CONDITION CAN ALLOW THE RUBBER DOUBLE CHECK VALVE TO BECOME LODGED IN THE BODY OPENING UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES.
