That was my first Pete but I got a prostar a few weeks ago so I can make about $700 more a month on fuel savings.

For me is about how much I make not how I look!

    #### good thing! If you got paid on yourlooks, you'd be broke!!!! hahahahahaaha Just kidding. Everyone needs to take that kind of attitude. We are all in it for $$$, so what gets the biggest bottom line, gets my vote. If you want to drive a brick, more power to you. I like my igloo!

Jarbo, I will call you later

Sitting here at the yard. I came in last night to have my windshield replaced cracked from one side to the other. After arriving I find out I can't leave until I get a J inspection done, and my trailer needed a Type II done on it, then I get ready to leave and I picked up a nail somehow since I've been here an it's on the right front steer and with 89K on it so you know what that means I'm buying 2 new steers today also. Glad I had a couple thousand dollars in my maintenance account. Oh well I'm not mad just want to leave so I can go to CALI and get a ticket because my trailer won't be CARB compliant on the reefer.

Turns out that it was a loose Valve stem, but I did have the right steers cupping some so I went head and had 2 new steers put on. These Prostars seem to only get about 100,000 on the stock steers because their very heavy on the steers. I run 12,000 to 12,800 all the time on mine and my fifth wheel is all the way back.

PS. I'll be heading to Cali across I-40 sometime today anyone else going that way. Plz. Super Truckers only apply for this trip LOL

I just got out of court about an hour ago. Back in October a state trooper claimed that he clocked me doing 70mph in a 55mph zone in Dell, AR. It was 4 lanes and cars were passing me. Luckily for me our trucks had been turned down to 68mph. I laughed at him and said that was impossible. He explained to me about how his radar setup shows the fastest and slowest in multiple vehicles. He then said that he cut me a break and only wrote the ticket for 69mph in a 55mph zone. I told him that I appreciated that but still yet my truck will only do 68mph. You might as well wrote it for 150mph. I went to our shop about 2 hours after that and had the computer hooked up to my truck and print out the stats. All looked good on my part. Showed my highest speed was 54.7mph. So I pled not guilty in court back in December. Today was trial. Judge ordered a "non process". Funny how things get dismissed when the proof is in the pudding. But I'm sure the ol state trooper will be gunning for me now. Especially since he only lives about 1 1/2 miles from me.

BCC, Take a look at the training school of MCT in Sioux Falls, SD. It is an all OO company but you can drive for a fleet owner if you don't want to purchase your own truck. I have no idea on costs, but I know the company has a good reputation.
