Although it is not a JCT forum, it is about JCT, and most posts are made by JCT drivers, or those that want to be, with a few ignorant exceptions, so if they want to remind people that the question has been asked and answered, then so be it. no one is forcing anyone to read all 400 pages. They can always pick up the phone and call recruiting.....

Congrats, haystak. I hope you have room in your wallet for mucho dinero, cause you are gonna make it with this company.

When you bring your coffee cup, don't forget your wallet, because Jarbo always does!!! Kidding, just kidding. He did buy once. A long long time ago. I think it was at Kittyhawk, as a matter of fact!

I agree and disagree pertaining to that one with the negativism (if that's a word) lol If he would take the time to scroll up he would see that this forum IS titled JCT. So, yes, this is a JCT forum. Yes, this forum like all others is open to the public for anyone to comment. But if he has problems with reading 400 pages to find an answer it might be a good idea for him NOT to inquire employment with JCT. There is lots of reading required. Last time I checked my lil FMCSA bible was 700 plus pages. I have never had a problem getting an answer from a JCT driver in here. In fact, I have gotten alot of useful information from in here. As well as from JCT website and recruiter. But on the other hand, I didn't get all pissy when my question wasn't answered immediately. Nobody is telling you to NOT ask questions. Just don't try to demand or make rules! A lil respect will get you a looooong ways.

I feel that if someone want something bad enough they will do the leg work to find the answer. Nothing in life is just handed to you. If you take the time to find the answers then you can make a informed decision and can only blame yourself if it dose not work for you. I am just starting out in the industry and have done my home work I have found a company that will train me and not take me to the cleaners in the process $650 to get my CDL six week of class room, range and road training them six week of OTR training them solo I plan to stay with them for a year to two years to learn the industry which I feel is the most important thing. This will give me time to do the research and make the decision if I want to become a L/O, O/O. Like I said nothing is handed to you, you must be willing to do the research. Just my $.02

I completly agree,,i took the time to read all the pages/posts,when i first discovered it,,takes about four hours,,,90% of the big questions are answered,,and these guys have been great about smaller detail//lease owner specific questions that i have had,,,the recruiters i have talked to gave me most of the info i needed to run the numbers and after that i used these posts to verify them,,,wow,,they are very close!! but some of these guys r doing better than average,,,so if u seek answers talk to recruiters and grap cup a joe and read entire thread,,,,may seem daunting but i promise it is worth it.
