Waiting to get unloaded... got a pick up in Rio Rico in the am... going to OK delivers on the 24th.
The rub is... we have our home time scheduled in 3 days HERE in AZ... Phx, just 50 miles from here, but was told to pick up this load and we'll get swapped to get us back here for the 23rd. I figured since this load got us so close either they would have local runs for us for a couple of days or suggest taking it early, but nope. So I hope they get us swapped... got dental appts., commitments and hotel all booked. I understand their side... we do our best for them... I hope it is the same for us.
Is there a suggestion macro... or how does one send in suggestions... use your DM or...?
And more info on the new customer service dept. for the shop please! How do we contact them... is there a macro? This last time we were there 20 hours and though it is great to meet up and chat with the other drivers, it really does take them too long for the jobs they are doing.
One suggestion I would like to make is that when a trailer comes in it goes directly in line to the shop for an inspection and repairs.
Tired, allergies getting to me... and we're really for some R&R with FUN thrown in!

OK... done venting, thanks for listening... er reading! I do feel JCT is a great company and with positive suggestions and action taken can be an even better company!!!

I believe it was.
Did your Dad work there before you? If that was you, we chatted a bit & you were quite professional.
Our mechanic was grateful to you that we didn't have a service call over the tire.
I wish I could remember more, but after a while it's kind of a blur. I'm not sure how these JCT guy (& girls) do it. 2500+ miles in a week here in Cali & I need my reset to get my mind back! -
Alan, Was that you headed up I-17 this afternoon? I passed one going to Flagstaff from Phoenix going to get my family who came down from Page. I can't remember the truck number, I waved but they didn't look to friendly.. Waving at a 4 wheeler probably isn't the first thing on your mind, grabbing thetire iron probably is... See you guys arouns. TD!!
