I'm at the Mira Loma yard. I'm picking up a load in a couple of hours going east. I'm a bit confused by what I was told about the load from a local driver so my comments could be interesting. We shall see. (This was all set up by weekend dispatch, so refer to my answer to Fr8 above...)

    Jarbo Thanks this.

    Here we go again........

45,000 miles and now for clutch #4!!!!!! Maybe this time they will see what the problem is and not just replace the clutch!

On a good note, I'm taking it to a dealer about 150 miles away that is 70 miles from my house! Guess I'll do a home/breakdown combo. If I gotta be down at least I can wait at home and not another #### hotel.

Be safe everyone. Let me know if your coming thru Texas on I 30 around exit 116. I might provide you with a home cooked meal.

They do not hire company drivers anymore. I am a company driver but that's because I have been here 10 years and work mostly Cali. :)

He gave me a lot of VERY useful information about this load. Once the load assignment came through, things made a little more sense. And now that I'm here at the shipper, I totally understand. I'm glad he gave me a heads-up. But that's all I can say at this moment.
