Yes... we have Ryan also... and there is an "attitude" and we both are very tired of it. I really have tried giving him the benefit of doubt, but today's email clenches it. Out of the 5 people we have talked with there only one person did not have "Tude". They act like they are doing us a "favor".... and really it is us "paying for services" that are subpar who is doing the favor. We did opt for electronic filing and at this point let them finish it however they will and then we will quit their services and if need be re-do 2009 ourselves.

 

Dabs, you might look into some of the trucker magazines you can pick up at the truck stops. Saw a couple of ads for people who do taxes. Whether their good or not...... your guess is as good as mine.

 

Thanks Panhandle! At this point I see no reason why we can't do them ourselves. I have been doing them for years until Randy starting trucking and I have some accounting experience. I would rather spend money training me/us to do our own taxes if need be... than pay someone and wonder if they are doing it right, etc. With all the tax software programs these days it is not that hard to do.

 

Guys im sorry i cant remember the CPA's name right now but im sure it will come to me eventually anyways have heard him several times on the radio always been impressed with his advice and candor.There are two things I don't mind spending money on food and a #### good CPA.Be safe everyone

Ha!! he was here... Him and 200000 of his closest friends!! We always love when Nascar comes to Avondale!! We leave town and hope we have something left to come back to.. yeah know what u mean,,as I said been there done that,,thats why I went ahead and picked up the load,,,was fun to listen to him panick when I did tell him at one point that I would just head to the house mt and call im monday,,,but its all good,,,he's all about making me happy now,,,think someone got caught and got there a@# handed to them,,,we aint the only ones reading this forum ya know!

 

ditto on one for me,,,i am not so hot on atbs either,,,haven t had a bad experince,,just starting to think 18.00 a week is a lot to pay for something I can do in a few min myself. send me one of those illustrious spread sheets to and I ll think about giving you jarbo,s apple pie from laredo pilot last month still keeping warm on my dash!!lol,,,really,would like a copy of the blank or let me know what to set up
