I was holding them longer then 14 days and when I first started last year I had problems with to many miles etc. But last 3 months no problems at all. I don't know for sure what's up I know out of 10 trucks I'm the last one left and guess not much longer. Never been late ever until the load I'm on now I have to get a repower because the load can't be ran legally with the miles dispatched. I'm usually the one doing the repowering for others, strange feeling. But it's obvious if you've been here several years their left alone because i had a driver show me a STACK of violations he has with logs and he's not being threatened with his job.

Second, on the loads we've been extremely busy and happy with our loads. We've done numerous repowers for guys who are pissed off to give up the load stating they could easily do it-done it in the past-check my record sort of comments. We don't ever want to take anyone's load from them but I think JCT will not allow anyone to run illegal anymore even if you can make it look good. In the end, isn't it for the best? Think of where you'd be spending a lot of time at if you had an accident and killed someone while driving over hours? Jail.... -

Whew! Finally got me some free time and some free internet! What a night and day it has been! Sitting here at the Flying J in Kingman, AZ. Spent most of the day at Thermo King. But all is well now. Reefer repaired. Relayed load. Will be heading up to Tracy, CA in the morning.

Now that's funny right there! I don't care who you are! LOL

Ummmm..... been busy. Not much time for internet. I get on when I can. Sometimes its not as often as I like. My miles have pick up alot. Have been doing alot of relays also. Good turn arounds on runs.

I never log over 65 mph. That's a DOT no no. Usually I try to show below 64 mph just to stay in the good graces. Most of the time the DOT don't figure your average mph by dividing your actual mileage by your time. Their lil computer program just goes from town to town. So that can be catchy at times.

Ahh yes! Having more than 14 days of logs on your person is a DOT violation. I don't know the code # but its in the lil FMCSA Bible lol I don't think they are singling you out. This new CSA 2010 has everyone on edge. Just like a kidney stone..... this too will pass lol
