    The only time I know of that you can't reset is after busting your 70

    ive heard someting about this before,,letsee if i can recall,,,,i think after going over on 70 u have to take a ten and then you can take 34 or move again,,,or something like that,,,i thought it was very strange at the time and god knows i may be wrong

    I read it somewhere can't remember seems like it said once hitting 0 you can't reset til reaching your home terminal

    When the 34 first came out you had to have time available on your 70 to take it. So, if you ran out of hours to drive, but had to stay on duty for an extra 5 hours, bringing the total number of hours of your 70 used to 75, your 34 couldn't start until that number was under 70. That has been removed though, and any period of 34 counts regardless of the 70 hour clock.

    As long as u installed load locks and temps were good you have nothingto worry about. Just call os&d and they will tell you what to do with rejected freight.

    Loved bigkids last comment that we have no freight therefore no detention. I think he's never been otr lately but you see jct trucks on 40&10&80 more than any other. As far as dentention most companies only pay if u sit more than 24 hours. Anyways whatever

    And that is awesome because both drivers start a fresh 70 and can rock and roll down the road and run those miles hard.
