One more thing to add. I guess Jjw refuses the runs from Florida to cali or the washington to Florida runs. Good luck finding another company that will keep you running. If we don't have the miles why do you think we have at least 30 trucks going each direction on 10-20- or 40 everyday given the fact we have less than 1000 trucks.

 

Woohoo, looks like I get to join the crowd. JCT has set a tentative 23rd orientation date. Just waiting on 2 previous employers to say "Yeah he worked here". But those were hourly jobs and the wheels turn slow when your paid by the hour lol.

first of all we didnt turn down loads, second of all ran everything that was given, also it seems like im not the only one saying the same thing on here, also we were o/p before we went to j.c.t , so yes we know what we were doing. we did nothing wrong but i have proof about the pay checks and also im not interested in arguing with you, i thought this site allowed you to speak ur mind about what you've experienced, as for paper work being turned in on time, well that was done to, without using the late trips, think about it, they caught the mistakes afther i brought it to their attention, i said i got paid for it afther that, i only said ya need to watch ur pay checks, i was willing to run everythingthe gave me even all their repowers that the solo's can't do; which left us sitting on loads that had us sitting not once but several times, not everyone has ur DM, and several ppl have said that, i was there for a little over a year and the longer i was there the least the runs got, u don't get to pick ur runs, i know who you are and you know who i am and we both know it to be true ! everyone has their own experiences with diffrent companys and im not here to bash anyone i just spoke of what i experienced there, by the way my husband quit yesterday! and we bought our new truck , they lost 3 teams in one week that i know of with in a week and a half of each other, there must be something wrong besides what i said, , but in ur message u said it right ur a solo!!! you have no idea of what teams are going through!! have a nice life!

Yes I am a solo and I talk to teams like lmb and several others all the time. They all have charlie or Keith. Just for you to bash them claiming they work in the office because you dont believe they run the miles posted is ridiculous and I call that BASHING. Funny thing is they all claim that they did everything right just to find out it was all a lie. You claim that payroll didn't pay you right, I agree they make mistakes once in a blue moon, not a big deal. The driver that don't go over their own settlement is just Ignorant. Could "JJW" be BigKid2 and he teamed with his gay husband at JCT. Not that there is anything wrong with that. What happens in the sleeper stays in the sleeper.
