Ok i will admit I haven't been here through all 642 pages so can someone tell me where you guys might have talked about the lease terms and how good or bad it is?

Its good readin through the whole thing. I think I read about 2 or 300 of them and learned a lot and I find JCT to be a great company and I may look into them once I get some more exp. under my belt.

6 small earthquakes shake parts of Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - For the second time in less than a week, six small earthquakes have been recorded in a single day in central Oklahoma.
The Oklahoma Geological Survey said the six earthquakes on Saturday ranged from preliminary magnitudes of 1.5 to 3.3.
On Wednesday in the same area about 30 miles from Oklahoma City, geologists also recorded six earthquakes that ranged from a preliminary 1.8 magnitude to 3.1. Another quake with a preliminary magnitude of 2.7 was recorded Friday about 10 miles east of the Saturday temblors.
No injuries or damage was reported from any of the earthquakes. Quakes of magnitude 2.5 to 3 are generally the smallest felt by people.

 

Nilao why don't you give us all that are still on the fence a little run down of your lease costs with your 379? LMB did over 2 years ago and I'm just wondering if anything has changed. Thanks in advance

 

The only thing that would be different is the maintenance escrow OS bumped up to .07 cpm instead of the 5

His fixed cost for the 379 should be around 500-600. I'm sure he'll confirm that for ya

 

well your close, fixed cost about 800 when you factor in all the small things..even the apu payment..no side note though...my break even point is 1400 miles, after that it's all the governments.....
