To me NET means after all expensive including after income tax is paid.

I netted 70k last year so yes its possible. At the end of your lease add 30k avg to that.

 

I'm going for TMC. Going to learn how to flatbed. I want to get back into the reefer side I just want the experience in the flatbed area just to have it. JCT is looking very good right now and once I get another year or 2 under my belt I for one can say I will be seriously looking into JCT. 70K a year does not sound bad to me!!!
