You guys don't want me posting on this thread but if you are going to keep bringing me up on here I guess I will start posting on here. Only makes sense and don't whine and cry about it like you babies normally do. I will still bet that my pay is higher but no solo at JCT will ever take that bet for some reason.

Thinking of getting away from a private owner and go JCT. What are the good/bad considerations?

Go ahead and go through about the first 100 pages and you'll get a basic idea. Then if you have other questions feel free to ask so repetition is reduced. Most common questions about jct is answered thruout the whole thread.

I have read a lot of the pages on this thread, and you are right. You get a pretty good understanding about JCT. Sounds like a good company to lease on to.

    hwy40blu and Alanp613 Thank this.

I have read most pages here, but it has been awhile. Is the dispatch on loads forced or can you turn down a load if it is going somewhere you may not wish to go? Just curious is all.

hmm..reread and seems I found answer..if you turn down a load, they will fire you. I should have read start of thread again, then I would not have posted my question. Not trying to start any trouble either, was just curious and found my answer.

You wont get fired for turning down loads. But if you're just turning it down cuz you don't want to go there you'll be sitting until they find you something else.
