Get used to this industry wide. With CSA2010 coming companies will be cracking down on speeders. Btw I haven't had a speeding ticket yet in my 26 years of driving.

Dieselgypsy, like I said JCT is a good company. I have no regrets for running for them. They kept me moving when my last company had me sitting. If it would not have been for this 1 ticket I'd still be with them. I have already talked with my lawyer and he said from the looks of it the ticket will be dismissed but that is up to Or, and we all know how that goes :biggrin_25523:. I'll let you all know what happens. Maybe I can talk with them again and see if I can get back on after this or not. I enjoyed my time with them.

I know you probably need a job right away, but after you get the ticket dismissed, you might want to wait till after the first of the year to contact John. Freight is real slow right now. From what I have been told, they had 75 drivers sitting this past weekend in Mira Loma. Your chances are better if they need drivers

Thank you LMB. I might think about it. Right now I have a job at Checkers Auto Parts. I'm debating on weither I want to go back on the road or not. My daughters dont want me to they like that I'm back home. They are in their teens now and I've lost so much time with them being on the road. I love the driving and being able to go anywere but they want me to stay home. So right now I'm still thinking about it.

As far as JCT goes, I do miss them and they did do exactly what they said with my pay. They just paid me my last pay plus my maint. and bond and it is before the 45 day that they say.

Whats up yall, been a long time since i posted here. Been busy, lazy, tired ect. Hope yall are doing ok out there. Made the decision to go bact to the road after 5 years. Suposed to call Swift tomorrow morning and see if my re-hire went through. It should i left on good terms no tickets in 8 years. Still want to come over to JCT after i get my 1 1/2 years in. Swift is by no means the best but i have no desire to go to CR England or back to Werner. Yall stay safe out there, ill keep ya posted on whats up on my end

Maybe look at a reefer company if JCT is your goal.
