Blew a radiator hose yesterday, stranded on an off ramp on i-10 for 6 hours in beautifull Desert Center,CA Then i get a bill for $531.47,WTF? Now i'm sittin' here been unloaded for 3 hours and no pre-plan yet. I hope this get's better fast.

 

ouch! but dont feel bad my last apu repair,,,,replaced belt pulley and two belts,,,45.00 bucks worth of parts took 1 hr to fix,,,,price of job? 741.00 (they charged labor for all three as seperate jobs) nice huh? stay away from phoenix az tk shop.

Does JCT allow you to do your own minor repairs like that?

 

oh i was expecting a 2-300 cost and was ok with that but had i known i was gonna get so screwed over i would have asked for dinner and a drink first!!,,,you can bet ill be fixing it myself from now on,,would have taken me about two hours in my driveway to do it,,live and learn......

i dont know, but with shop bills like that, u can bet your arse,ill fix minor stuff myself.....my big toe is still hurting from kicking my own backside!
