Oh I've done my research alright, plenty of lawsuits out they're, just like with any other company. Funny there's nothing out there about dot running the operations! So y not post your source! Maybe you can show everyone you're not just bs ing

 

Shamus, the only problem with your post is this statement;

DOT and inspectors have more important things to handle than babysit at a carrier. This statement of yours is why your catching flak.

 

D.O.T has time to have donut festivals, sit for countless hours talking it up, close scales and sleep at the desk, but not time for having one in house? I never meant that every dispatcher was assigned a D.O.T partner. I'm saying that there have been instances where an officer has been in-house for more than a simple audit. I'm also not so sure my fiance would want me putting her name out there over a pixxing contest. We all know there's a lot of family at JCT and I see no reason to make enemies over this or put myself "on punishment" if you will. I really wanted to come over there until I was advised by someone inside to stay away. Say what you will, I will sleep fine tonight as I did the last.

Does anybody know annything on this frac sand moving around Texas in paticular a company out of FTW called FlexFrac. They are offering a $5000 sign on bonus for o/o with their own trailers. I've been running my pnuematic up in ND for a year and things are slowing down and After last year not real passionate about going through another one of their winters. Also has anybody acually recieved the bonus $5000 and if so how long did they take in getting it to you.
