Yep. Thats exactly why I want to know if/when DOT started any heavy handed police state tactics like that (I suspect they have NOT).

A URL would be good enough. Heck, if true, I'd bet OOIDA would love to interview any DOT officers involved in this. Sounds like a movie!

 

The way I heard it, a big balck bus pulled up at JCT. There was a black suv right behind it. About 10 US Marshalls came in, then detained all dispatching and load planning personell. They are now all handcuffed to the marshalls, whom are watching every load assigned. They are also reviewing every drivers available hours as compared to the time the load will take to be delivered.

So far three dispatchers have assigned loads with too tight of a schedule. These three were transported off the property inside the suv, and have not been heard from since.

 

It wasn't a better than you attitude it was just that I think there are better options than JCT for a lease program. I just don't think JCT is set up where a driver can succeed without running more miles than is legal.

Alright, it's crap like that gets this thread locked and should get you banned. I'm not at JCT anymore, say what you want about the company but don't start with the personal attacks. The company may be going to hell-in-a-handbasket but there are still some #### good peoplr there, many of which are on this fourm. We're a thigh knit bunch, weather we work there or not, so take your b.s. story to the negitive thread before the mods ban your ###.

 

Yes there are many other places that have greener grass, but the way you sounded in the posts at first makes you look arrogant.
