You will die from a low oxygen level before you ever get any proof of that. DOT don't do it that way. That is why I commented on his post before. It is pure made up BS. Everybody here knows I am not a fan of JCT but still no reason to make crap up. I am surprised the US Marshalls didn't come in and arrest the DOT people because you know it is their job to protect the truck drivers lol.

Yeah, I know. Just playing with him. Every now and again it's nice to have a chew toy to mess around with.
BigR and grannylane Thank this. -
Wow. Dot in the office huh???? So, if you got this info, I would certainly like to have the reference site you confirmed it on. Cause if it's true then I think it's time to notify them of jct's new building where they are training the old dm's and planners that have mysteriously left and renaming the company to avoid dot strictures. Also an you get me the info on bigfoots capture and the website on the lochness capture.
BigR and Jarhed1964 Thank this. -
BigKid2, do this for me, stay away from the JCT thread. You obviously do have a problem and now you are making up some serious crap. I think your stress level will drop, your blood pressure will drop and you will see how much time you have been wasting on JCT. Chill out man.

What the heck are you talking about? I have not made up anything. No I won't do you any favors either. If you had any common sense at all you could figure out I was talking about the guy Shamus making crap up. I think everyone here but you can figure that out.Alanp613 Thanks this.

I just spoke with one of the recruters at JCT ... it seems to be a very nice person i spoke to give all my info for the aplication .... my big concern is what will be my avg money in my pocket doing avg 3000 miles/wk ??? theres a tool at their website to do a quick estimate but it seems i do better working for a compony rather doing a lease purchase ?? please i nees some help before i go with them .
-
Just say no to lease purchase. Unless you like living in a truck and paying for somebodies truck, and fuel.
-
it depends on where you want to take to do with your career. If you want the benefits like health insurance and holiday pay while not having to worry about making truck payments or fuel then stay a company driver. If you see yourself wanting to be running a business one say then getting into a lease purchase is the best way to go. Its low risk because often if it doesn't work out for you you can just walk away. If you bought your own truck if things don't work out, you are stuck with the truck and risk getting it repo'd screwing up your credit.
during your time of your lease some times you will avg more thanthe avg company driver and other Weeks worst. Its just the nature of running a business. I've been thru this and paid off my truck now, I take hone avg 2000a week with 2600 miles. There may be better outfits out there but I'm very happy with jct and lucky they've been working with me.Runnin, grannylane, Stoney and 1 other person Thank this.
