It ain't that bad actually. You just have to plan ahead every day before driving.

 

It should be a little peace of mind about not getting busted for creative logging or even just a simple mistake!

 

I know you are right. And Alan I agree the elogs are not as bad as i feared they would be, but we do have to do a good job of trip planning.

 

Dont plan on stopping at the casino or swing by the house . clocks running. tic tic tic tic. There not bad just a pain in the rear. But were use to that . Many time i have blown the horn and waived the hand passing thru my hometown just to make an appt date clocks running . Tic tic tic . Yea there not bad just a pain in the rear so get use to it.Here the part i hate clocks running and dispatch hasnt got you a load yet tic tic tic. Just put the elog sticker on the truck and run on paper . Sure they wont mind. The new elog harrasment rule hasnt passed yet. so there you go

 

Tyson pays 500.00 a day detention after window has passed . My old company paid it to the owner ops 100%.They can afford it i had some premium select meat damaged case that went for 7.25lb in a 98lb case . I sat for 1.5days for a case of meat so they could find a buyer . I offered to buy it myself till they told me 700.00 . I bought fell on the ground they told me that. Can you imagine 43000 lb load of premium meat 7.25 lb . somebody do the math . cha ching. Now Trans am trucking pays practical miles . tyson pays short miles . So are they really gettn paid practical. Hello Trans am wake up.
