I have my recruiter handling everything and answering all my questions and I have the feeling that JCT is going to be great , to work for them and own a truck so we can see more money and problably get a little fleet and kinda do the american dream ... I need some smart advice with experience for me , so becoming succesfull stays on my way of thinking . thanks for yall drivers !!

Im in the same boat as you maybe get the ok at the same time
I am that creepy old guy -
As long as you have a good driver manager and communicate with them, you should do fine
paul1964 Thanks this. -

when do you start? we problobly be there mid end this month ... i heard alot of hard running , so witch equals profit , hehe todays date , i learn that whom is big and i mean big companies they got money becouse of not being nice people . so the only option is to choose the bad guy who may not hurt you ### bad as the other guy that only sees you like a peace of meet that he can use to get a bigger pocket on a long or short run.

Alan i being checking on your comments , i think you do really well with JCT .... Comunication is something i like ((( i had bad experience on comunication with others companies , that they never replay your questions ))) so my concern is witch truck i should get for MPG , is the ELOG a problem yet with JCT ? ... currently im a lease / Pur. driver and i know about fuel is a killing and trying to always fuel at chicago for that cheap fuel , but teams at JCT is now paying 0.97 cpm ... now im getting avg. 88 cpm . whats your advice good and bad , thanks
paul1964 Thanks this. -
Well, finished up with orientation witch was not to bad for orientation . Then the fun started ,I got a 2010 pete. 386 the ac was out no problem but took them 2 tries to fix it . Finally got my first load going to Washington good way to start., then as I am about to leave the engine fan went out so had to go to the Pete dealer to get the fan hub replaced. But. Did not take to long thank god and did not get charged for it .now I'm on my way to reno .so hopefully things go a little.smoother for a while. With that said though been enjoying my self so far and will keep yall updated .
