All right. It looks like we are in as well, but we have to set up the orientation in mid May, due to our lease obligation with USX.

 

not for nothing alanp316 but do the ppl reding your advice know ur trk is paid off and your situation is a unique one here at jct.. just remember everyone thinking of comming here if you arent planning on owning your truck in 3.5-4 yrs and paying from 744-1040/wk for your unit then dont try it, the stress w prob b more than u want.. the disp here is company driver mentality. its your business and jct wont help u, as all companies they r in it for their freight and making sure those trk payments r made, wither u make a profit or not isnt thier concern-it shouldnt be, it isnt team work orientated, the staff is pleasant till you tell them NO, then they get pissy..remember this is a business oportunity- no guranatees. an open mindset will help you.

If they done the research and actually took the time to read the thread they would know I paid mine off. I never made it sound easy. Yes it does take hard work and sacrifices as with you running any other business. The difference between JCT and other outfits is that in 4-5 years, you have the title to that truck.. No balloon payment or anything extra. If your goal is to own your own truck at the shortest amount of time with little risk then it's a place to be. Are they perfect and make every one happy? No. Are elog affecting many drivers pay? Yes, but if you run everything right, you'd be successful.

 

are you going to give lessons on how to plan a day with elogs....i pay 2 cents for it. Never used them...

Well when i was 16 i was chatting up 16 year old girls on line and this girl said she was home alone and wanted to have fun when i got there it was a police sting to catch sex preditors and they asked where the creepy old guy who obviously hired me was and i said i am that creepy old guy hens the name
