Easton to Bethlehem, what kind of freight could we possibly haul between those two towns? :biggrin_25523:

Yeah, but can't upload them atm. He's picking up frozen food from McCain Foods (potato facility) in Easton and dropping it in Bethlehem. Basically, Prime wants to get paid for the truck retrieval since they have to pay JCW to do it, LOL.

Does JCW ever post here himself or do you do it for him?

JCW doesn't have internet capabilities. So, I post for him. JCCWALL is his id.

Have him call ahead if he is going to be showing up at night over the weekend. They have a you can drop within 24 hour of appointment policy.

I cant recall if this facility has the same operating hours as other US Cold Storages. But it seems quite a few shutdown at night on Sat and Sun but run 24 hours a day the rest of the week.

It does have a crappy dirt lot across the street where they do warn of possible local cop ticketing. Ive never been harrassed, but then Ive only used it twice in over a dozen visits.

Operating hours might be in the load info or Macro 19 directions... making this a moot point

I just know that someone keeps removing the weekend night closure tidbit of info from the Wilmington IL facility and it was kinda sad talking to 3 drivers on Sunday morning who's dispatchers told them it was a drop ASAP only to run out of hours and sit on limited parking outside the locked gate until 0700 when they opened.

Yep. Seems to run pretty well, he's getting awesome mileage, atm, but he IS empty. Made it to pick-up, and even tho they said he could pick up 24 hours early, there isn't a load ready yet. They said to check back in the am.

USCBE... If I recall correctly, they shut down later in the evening - not entirely sure what time, and open for business again around 0300. I've done many HOS breaks in the lot across the street - there's not a lot around that side of the hill in the way of parking. Never once was bothered by the local constables, although that rumor is out there. They won't let you drop more than 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
