Jet set Wal-Mart account

Any info on this?

 

I have a few people from Florida on this account out of wintersville Ohio. We run western PA, WV panhandle, and Eastern OH.

Basically a 200 mile radius but that is just us. Other accounts have different running terms.

 

Never been with Schneider and I don't know anything about them, but I hafta ask wtf is a "Jet Set" acct? And fly you to? What the heck is going on over there?

 

Heard an ad on the Sirius for this.

Could be great for some. Just keep in mind you'd never have a regular truck and would only have what you could bring on the plane with you.

 

It's exactly what it sounds like. A minimum of three weeks running before they'll fly you home. Most times they'll fly you back to the same DC, but it will depend on who is hurting for drivers, so you could go anywhere . I would read the fine print carefully to make sure that its only Wal-Mart dedicated and not any dedicated account.

We've had a few drivers at our walmart dc here in Virginia flown into the Charlottesville airport and they do a lot of slip seating and most are from Texas from what I hear,they also fly them to Bedford ,Pa to work there to going to places like Pittsburg,philly and NJ,it's going to be interesting to see how it's going to work when winter gets here.

 

I listen to that ad on Sirius Xm couple weeks back, it certainly didn't appeal to me, but them again is Schneider, nothing about them appeals to me
