Then why is BlackGold posting this on here saying that he hasn't heard back from you guys?

 

I have not bought turbo yet, so have lost nothing. I posted that I can buy for the price postted at quoted by the truckpro employee.

 

We make sure our customer service already helped him.

 

sounds like jiamu turbo is full of bs, my opinion is you get exactly what you buy , i love all my trucks and i only use original parts, no aftermarket for me

 

if ur customer service is looking after him why is he on here complaining about it? When it comes to trucks, downtime is money and if u offer warranty but take forever to get back to a customer then what good is it? he can't leave his truck sitting for a week or two cuz ur guaranteed piece didn't do the job it was suppose to!
