Just go to their web site; it's on there. They, and Wil-Trans, haul for Prime, thus they have identical programs to Prime.
-
yea I wonder why the recruiter is telling me they don't. I did go on line and fill out an application, was notified by JP recruiter telling me they don't. I would be nice if the recruiter would tell me the real reason behind why I am told that
-
Weird, maybe they shut it down when at capacity
-
I have been looking to get into trucking, the companies I am looking at is Prime, Knight and CRST. Does anyone have any advice on those companies.
-
Not sure whats going on with JP CDL training, but recruiter letting me know the real deal with it would be nice,
-
Prime and Knight are definitely better than many. There are a ton of companies. Have a good Driving record? Arrest Record? If those are both good you have a lot of choices. Where do you live?
-
Well, this being labeled a Jim Palmer/Wil-trans thread, maybe not so much but here's my 2 cents:
I would not drive for CRST nor Knight. Go look at their threads and read the driver comments.
I considered Prime but did not want one of their small trucks which is one reason I'm looking at Jim Palmer--same good training program, no dinky trucks. If I wanted to drive the East coast, I might consider Wil-trans.
You might also ask @Chinatown for recommendations.
Good luck! -
They definitely do. Myself and a few others on the forum on going through their program within the next few weeks. Who did you speak with? I can put you in contact with my recruiters direct line.firemedic2816 Thanks this.
