Why? Who are you and what do you plan to do?
Why don't you explain yourself, and maybe try and give yourself some credibility. ...so people can judge your trust.Voodoo Pyg, CrappieJunkie, JV_620 and 7 others Thank this. -

Midnightrider909, OPUS 7, firemedic2816 and 5 others Thank this. -
Were looking to sue quiet possibly in the future, they are jerks and can shove it where the sun doesn't shine. The screw with pay more than anything and that's a massive turn off.

If someone answer's the OP post, what do they get out of said lawsuit? -
You know how people get so worked up they SAY "well maybe we should just sue"....and then it never happens? That is the case here.
If they wanted to sue....they can do that without gathering others that have gone through what they have. "Character Witness" and/or "Class Action" is not necessary...energy and drive ARE. They APPEAR to have no of it.
Some times it IS easier just to chalk it up and move on (that's what most people do and I have done it several times myself)...but that is the very reason companies get away with what they do. It'll never change I'm afraid...because working class folk don't have time or money to be sitting in court rooms and trucking companies DO. That is why threats don't phase them---99.9% of the time, the threat is moot, and that .1% of the time doesn't affect their pocketbook in the least.Midnightrider909, Lonesome and jethro712 Thank this.
