i've been waiting a week so far to get a cracked frame fixed. apparently it broke 18 months ago. all they did was bolt a 2 inch plate on the inside of frame.

We will be in pocatello tonight and then down to salt lake. We may go into the terminal, but depends on when we get done. Then we get to go to cali over my least favorite pass to sleep on. Yuck.

 

well where do i start? seems to me some one was talking about a freight shaker falling apart in an earlier quote and now someone is getting drug around by a HOOK and also someone else (cough cough) mama mia who said they would never have a detroit was also picked up by a ( wink wink ) tow truck . Sooooooooooooo. since my weak kneed, falling apart DETROIT powered FREIGHTSHAKER has never been towed it must not be a bad truck after all. I just wish my PETERMOBILE friends could say the same..... lmfao

 

oh yea while you guys are in the shop im still out turning and earning in my FREIGHTSHAKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT HEY YA'LL ARE STILL MY FRIENDS EVEN THOUGH EACH OF YA MADE A BAD DECISION BY DRIVING A PEEEETER OUT ON ME MOBILE.

No, the tow truck was not a freightshaker, it was a pete, and the tow driver is the one that made the comment about him being surprised about it not being a detroit and was broke down since that is all he tows. I was absolutely ticked my fairly new turbo went to crap, and then having to trust rush to do anything right after them putting fuel in our system in albuquerque. I hate being down at all. It still isn't right. We got this used, and it still isn't right. We are in a quandry as to what to do. We will figure it out. And, no it will not ever involve me behind the wheel of something with a detroit in it with me paying for it.

 

Pan, I know what you mean, even with me driving midnight to noon, notice I am up now. Of course we have sleep together buffer on this load, no delivering early.
