Met Alaskan in Idaho last night sat around drinking coffee and BSing long after we all should have been in bed lol but it was nice to meet another from the forum and put a person with the typing

 

Its not the logs I have problems with Jess, its the equipment!!! Keep having to fix up what other drivers should have already done.

Had something happen to me yesterday, thats only happened 3 times since I've been out here. A driver actually slowed down so that we could BS from Dodge City to almost I 40. Sounds like he works for a good company. From what I gathered tho, he works on the outlaw side of things. Not sure why you would need to do that today, considering that his trk isn't governed and owner has no idling policy. 13 speed tranny.

and i'm the last one on this thread to have never met anyone.

stuck in seeley lake, mt. load wasn't scheduled till tomorrow. that puts me a full day behind schedule with the rest of the week trips. i'm supposed to take this to cedar city, ut. then over to phoenix before back to salt lake. looking like another weekend campout.

although why they think i need to make a phoenix run into the weekend when the truck should be in the yard for repairs is beyond me.

bike needs minor repairs. guess i won't be making that biker jamboree in elko next weekend now.

 

Do not feel bad Snowy. I just put about 1000 worth of chrome and bars on my bike. And only put 100 miles on it since. No rides to show it off. There was a poker run last weekend, but I did not make it home in time.
Another one this weekend. Maybe I will get lucky and get home for this one. I really need to get use to the new bars. I am finally in the proper riding position for that bike. But it feels really odd now. Will take some time to get use too.
But she sure is pretty. All nice and shiny black and chrome.

 

Actually you are both wrong I was talking about guys with our company....You would be amazed!

 

i know you wasnt talking about me. hell. i don't even think dot knows how to read my logs. they thumb through the printouts and say have a safe trip. LOL.

i'll say this chrome. i'm defenitly getting tired of work screwing up my OFF plans. my last jpb had the same problem. anytime i had evening plans. i always ended up working late on the day of. NEVER on other days. don't know how they always managed to know when i had plans.

my satellite radio sucks. doesn't want to maintain reception for nothing.

still stuck in seeley lake. might get a 34 in at this rate. and not one scale has been open in montana on my route. and nothing to hit untill rexburg idaho. blitz will be over by time i get rolling again.

 

and on another note. things are getting REALLY old REALLY fast.

 

You know how to fix it right????????? Get ur own truck and then you don't have to put up with company BS!

 

Took so long to get into the shop, that I wasn't able to make delievery today and it has been rescheduled to tomorrow. Company said that they would adjust my home time if I would make the delievery. Said no problem, just make sure you add an $100 pay for missing my HT. Tired of paying for other drivers mistakes!!! They did a swap.... cheap basturds
