The smart phone will take a while to get used too.
For now I am keeping my air card as well. But will be shutting it off soon. They got rid of the payment plan I was on for the card. I pay 36 a month for 3 gigs. Now you have to get the 5 gigs.

On the phones they got rid of the unlimited as well. It is now 2 gigs per month.
And the guy at the store warned me to watch out with tethering programs, since if I am not paying for the tethering program from verizion, I can get charged. But I have not used a gig in a month on my laptop in a long time. And the early cut off on it is down to 140 bucks now. So I will save money in the long run.

We stopped in a truck stop one night and he got back in the truck first and went straight to the bunk. I was not far behind him but when I got in he didn't show his face through the closed curtain. Well, after I pulled up onto the highway and got motoring along, I called him on his phone and, in a frantic voice, asked "where are you?", to which he said he was in the bunk, what the hell was I talking about? I told him "look, don't panic, but I am still in the truck stop, I don't know who is driving the truck, but its not me." He was ######## himself. I told him to hang tight, dont move, I was calling the cops to pull the truck over. A minute or two went by, I guess he was collecting his thoughts and coming up with a plan of action. When he finally got up the courage, his head poked out the curtain and, seeing him out of the corner of my eye, I quickly flipped my head around and laughed at him. He #### near had a heart attack right there, and I never laughed so hard in my life.

JJ and I have Verizon and we use PDAnet one time fee of $15.00 and use as many gigs as you want lol. We have been using it since April and never been charged as Verizon can't see how many gigs we use!

I'm home right now and probably spend 5hrs or more a day on the net through my phone!

if your phone acts as a mobile hotspot. and you read up about rooting your phone. and can get wireless tether app. it's what i use. and it accesses secure websights.
only gives you 2 connections though. which works for me cuz everyone and there dog wants to connect to my phone when i'm at the truckstop. good thing it has a settings so only one approved (me) connection will work.

6 months ago someone came out with a hack for the sprint hotspot app. so i have two hotspot apps. the sprint app gives me 8 connections. and also requires permission for anyone to connect. so you might look into whatever verizon has and if there is a hack.

if 1bad only wants a case of NEAR beer. then come get the truck. cuz it's sitting at my house. 98 century.
