At the yard in Omaha tonight. Picked up a load of shingles today. With 3/4 tank of fuel, grossed at 80280 or so. Got the extra weight on the drives, hoping that it would be kewl with 400 lb exemption for the APU. Took the turnpike in IN to bypass the scale in IN, got pulled in in IL but not run across the scale, and all others were closed. Sure feels strange, starting off with 45543 in the box!!!

All our loads out of Idaho (French Fries) are over 45000, we have to run on under half tanks :biggrin_2554:

Boss is full of it. You get a 400 lb exemption in most states for having it on. Sounds like he's just to cheap to buy any.

Did 3025 miles this past week. Was looking foward to setting up the dish, watching some tv, and drinking some Smithwickes. Now.... I'm getting rdy for an overnight drive, going to Providence and MA with a 3 dropper. Hope I can find someplace up there to do a reset. Am already running on my recap and its going to get really screwy in about 3 days.

*sighs* Had to redo 3 days of logs to make a pick up, was there long enough to get caught up but...... some nut case, forgot to put the original logs back in. Sure screws things up when your fuel stops are 2 hrs off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
