Its just a pain in the ###, doing a reply since this isn't on his credit and this is the first we have heard of it!!!

Just peeves me the way these guys operate, they know most drivers can't afford an attorney and have no idea about how to file a reply!

In just 1 generation, man went from covered wagon to landing on the moon. My grandpa came to Oklahoma in a covered wagon and lived long enough to find out that the moon is NOT made of cheese. :biggrin_25522:

Now...... somebody put on your deer thinking cap, and explain this one to me. Popped over a hill this morning, and there is a deer in my lane, almost on the shoulder and even facing that way. Soooooo, why in the hell does the #### thing, turn around and come back in front of my truck??? Never felt a bump but could have sworn I hit and that it went down. Even warned the oncoming driver that there was a deer in the road, on his side. Got pulled over and looked, and nary a thing wrong with the truck and the other driver said he never saw the deer. Scared the crap out of me for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :biggrin_2555::biggrin_2555::biggrin_2555::biggrin_2555::biggrin_2555::biggrin_2555::biggrin_2555::biggrin_2555::biggrin_2555:

getting loaded for denver, and guess what's heading over towards cheyenne. and supposed to work it's way downwards.

i would dispiute the thing. specially if it's not on credit report which is where you want it to stay. and look up your states statute of limitations for collection on debts. each state has a different time frame. in utah. it's unlawful to try to collect after 6 years. some states are as little as 2 years to some states being upwards of 15 years.

don't make a payment though. whatever you do. the statute of limitations on credit report is 7 years from last payment made. and, by making a payment, you acknowledge such debt and that gives them the right to post it to credit report. last thing you want is 7 years AFTER 2 years have already gone by.

dispute, dispute, dispute. they have eto PROVE that such debt exists.

same here and we don't even get ackknowledged for driver appreciation week. but for some stupid reason i like it here. road link is actually not a bad co. they have their quirks but what co. doesn't. the co. its self maybe a little screwie but theres a lot of good people working there and everyone gets along really well.
