JJ's Place

Well I am back at home got in last night. Was doing really good on the 29th.
Got to hawthorne nv and the pain in my hip area came back along with tingling
in my toe. As the 30th came and went the pain kept getting worse spreading
to the arch of my foot. The big toe started to go numb and then ran out of my
medications. By new years eve the pain was so bad I had to stop at button willow
truck stop. I about overdosed on advil and ben gay. I called the dr and they told
me to find a 24hr pharmacy and have them call us and you will get your meds.
well I drove to bakersfield 30 miles away just to find out that they don't have a license
to dispense meds across state lines. The only option I have was to find and urgent care or er
at the local hospital. Well the hospital it was. Try finding and urgent care center
open late on new years eve. The hospital gave me the meds I needed and by new years day
I was feeling much better and delivered my load to portland on the 2nd.
called the doc and got an appointment for today so I hope it goes well. Deliverd
my next load last night in baker city or and deadheaded back to the yard and waiting
to go and see what the doctor has to say. Jj.

 

I loved being back out on the road but it wasn't the same with out jess and I really don't
like the 386 they have. It wasn't my truck I had no cb no xm no computer but especially
no jess. And the doggies. I just hope I wont be out for very long. I am going to tell the doc
that this needs to be treated urgently. Jj.
