I dont know why KH would be worried about anything a lawyer would have to say. As long as he is totally honest, and does not embellish the facts. There is nothing that a company can do. Oh, they can piss and moan, and they can say they will try to sue for defamation of a company. But if you are honest, and can back it up. They don't have a leg to stand on.
I would love to see a company try to come after me for being honest.

I will be headed in the direction of Chicago tomorrow. I will be stopping at the old Steel City, that is now a petro (in name only), or if I get to Gary early enough I may park across the street at the Loves (that use to be a J).
That is if nothing happens to slow me down and cause me to stop earlier.
I will be taking the northern route tomorrow around the tolls though. I don't feel like dropping to 30, and 20 is too darn slow during the day. So I will be taking 94 across MI.

You'll have to go to KH's thread to find out for sure. Been to long since I read it. Don't think it was about a company tho.

Lets see, shut down at 2330. Suppose to deliever by 1100. I'm out of time and still have @ 160 miles to go. Will I make it? hahahahahaha Now, if it was 1300 like the broker said originally, if the prior rcvr hadn't held me up for 8 hrs........

Oh yea!!! Definitly paper. Load has been dropped and am just waiting on my logs to catch up. Got another 5 minutes.

Seems that MO doesn't have ALL the caves. Delievered to one here in KY. Back home, we'd say that the place was way back in the sticks. Only 12 miles from I 64 but man, seems like another day and time back there.
