did my first repair today. 2 fuel filters and betsy is feeling better.,4,000 miles to service. wo't be doing fuel filters this time around.

time for a nap. and the weather has been purrrrrrrfect. no wasting gas on heat. with any luck, i can put the cover back on the furnace.

the a/c isn't working though. so that pisses me off. gonna have to throw the gauges on when i get back home. find out if it's empty or no power. the compressor isn't kicking on.

 

them recharge kits are expensive. i'll go to autozone where i can buy bigger cans for cheaper. you can buy 30 lb. containers on the internet for a really good price.

she kicked butt last year. so either i've lost power or it all leaked out. if it leaked i'm gonna recharge with some dye to find the leak. i doubt it's the compressor but anything is possible.

i was an auto mechanic in a previous life. i've got gauges and a vacuum pump.

 

*sighs* Still sitting and waiting for my company to find me a load. No more "maximizing" my use of paper, if they can't keep me running.

for parking, you have to swing into there lot. drive across the skinny two lane lane road on other side. to get position to back in for parking. WHILE i was in motion going BACKWARDS. so idiot goes zooming behind me.
