We had some truck troubles in the pete today so we had some down time in lovely scenic jordan valley not!!!!!! More like arm pit of hell. No cell service, had to use a pay phone something i havent used since the early 90's, the mechanics came from caldwell and replaced the thermostat and said that when i get back in they will flush the radiator and do an over head. I wont hold my breath. Now just grabbed a shower at the t/a and am heading to bed. So much for a good day. Well it started out good anyway.

Ya'lls going to love this one.

Was peacefully driving down the road, when my work phone rings. Its our new safety director. "Are you using a hands free device", he says. My reply, "nope, its the work phone and no blue tooth device was issued with it".

Seems that one of our guys got nailed in commiefornia today, while talking to the company. Wonder if they nailed him for the full $2750 and how much its going to cost the company??

Supposedly buying the cheep (deliberate spelling) headsets that attach to phone with cable. Do I want one? Not really, would rather turn this phone in and use mine, which does have a blue tooth HS. Would then be able to deduct the full phone bill from taxes.

from what i was told by our safety man the headsets with the cable are not permitted since the cable could become wound up around your hands while turning the steering wheel. thus causng may i say an acc-i-den-tae....

Everyone in their life should visit Jordan Valley, OR. Now Jess, how does it compare to the Outback? It is relatively nice in JV, but no Roos, or snakes or other poisonous critters.
