I could say I had 0 accidents till early this year when I caught a bad case of Stupid.
Now I have one. Damage to truck only, and to my pride.
But that is what happens with time. You get over confidant and make stupid choices now and then.
Lucky for me that my screw up was minor and did not hurt anyone. Just some paint and sheet metal on my truck.

You could not have fixed this lol.
Aluminum bends very easy when it contacts an unmoving object like ohhhh a bridge support lol.
They had to cut the curved section out of the sleeper on my prostar and add a new one. Truck only had 50k miles on it.
It was a big oops, and lucky for me I did not loose my job over it.

Hooray for CD and being the "TTR member of the month"!!!!! Do you get anything special for that?

Got 3 out of the 4 drops done today. Was late for the 3rd one, thanks to C&S of Hatfield, MA. 4.5 hrs for 220 boxes. Most of that was sitting and waiting on them.

Quality beef of Providence, RI. OMG!!!!!! What a nightmare that place was. To get in the dock, you basically had to do a u turn, in reverse. Getting to it was no picnic either. You take an xt onto a 1way st. Go to the end and make a U turn under a hotel, and go on a 1 way till you find the street. In the uturn, are a couple of supports for the, you guessed, hotel. In talking with the guy at the meat place, in the last month, 2 guys from my company have hit it and really ruined the tlrs. Wonder how many have done that?

In another parking lot at my last drop. Sure am glad they have parking here or I wouldn't have made this one OT either. 30 mics left on my 14 when I got here.

Nope, I get nothing. Other than the satisfaction of feeling that someone believes I have been helpful.

    PH,

It is funny how places you deliver too weren't meant for trucks yet the places you go by were. For example, anyone delivering to schenck or winn dixie in orlando would agree it is nice yet in that same area are a couple places you would have to blind side in.

Yo, KH you being a sunshine kid, I am heading to Tampa later this month for hometime to get a buddy married-off. Now that isn't too unusual, except he's 52 and never been married. So, a bunch of us that have known each other before grade school have to attend:biggrin_25525:
Question: Do you know of a place to park near Tampa? Central has a lock yard near Ocala. I am leaning there to drop trailer and bobtail to nearby ts. Any better ideas?
    Thank you!
