what's wrong with the old trailer???
tonight i called kenworth and got quoted $210 for a muffler. after being quoted $350. from kenworth, shuttleworth, and walker. so i just picked it up. turns out to be a shuttleworth high flow muffler. OH YEAHHHHHHHH.
while i was down there i ask for price on turbo. kenworth, cummins, rush repair all quoted around $3200for turbo. and the going rate for a half hour labor was $900 to replace.
tonight kenworth quoted me $900 for a turbo. after i just spent $1500 to have mine completely rebuilt.
all i need now is some liquid muscle to clean the injectors back out. hard stuff to come by but it's the only thing i seen work.
when my mileage dropped to 4. that stuff always got me back up to 4.75

what average mileage are you getting in the dubya snowwy?
-
mileage has been all over the map. as if the quality of fuel is getting worse.
it's down to 4. won't be on the road till tomorrow afternoon. so i don't know what it does now. once the rebuilt turbo and muffler get installed. and finding some good injector cleaner.
oh, and i think i've got the only w9 with an angel hood ornament. and missing grill decorator peices since the truck started running hot. pinpointed that problem to the lousy oil our shop uses. told the company no more oil changes till they switch brands. i'll go somewhere else -
It has some issues and the new one has the logistic post we need for trade shows.

You use straps instead of load locks they sorta just clip in the walls lol.
The trailer is also Vented with the light roof , we will probably have that changed soon. -
We use those straps at MBM, they work out real well too. ( That is, when the #### warehouse guys actually use them. )

My favorite is when their too lazy to put a strap around the pallet, so they just put one straight accross the trailer and let the half wraped pallets fall against each other. Would'nt be such a big deal if the pallets wer'nt always going to different stops. Naturly the later stop is always leaning over on the one you need to get to first. Ok, i've got my venting over with, see yall later, lol.

i use straps too. and i don't have walls.
