i had heard talk of them moving to peachtree city on the southside back about a year ago but figured they would stay in norcross they have been in that area since i was a kid. plus it seems to be a better logistical place than the southside since 90% of their loads go up north.

Picked up in Friona, TX and made it to Sayre, OK before the 14 ran out. Funny that you would mention Norcross 1Bad, thats where this load is going to. Someplace called Birchwoods. This load is "supposedly" being swapped with this guy to get him home.

Mostly live unloads at the stores, you pickup a loaded trlr at the DC go to 3-5 stores and then back to the DC. Sometimes after your stores you pick up a backhaul to bring back to the DC. I drive a werner truck, Peterbuggy 387, but my dispatchers are walmart employees. Yeah the walmart drivers I talk to like it. So far it is pretty easy, not alot of miles but what you don't make in miles you get in multistop pay

Shaffer and Crete are not too bad.
Practical mileage pay. Many trucks have an idle free system for cooling and heating. But I hear it is the battery system and not that great.
I think anything is better than nothing though.
A much better choice than many. I almost swapped to Crete a few months back. But decided to stay here for now.

Dark Majesty, gotta tell ya. Glad to see you didn't come here. Hope Shaffer works out well for ya. Kind of thinking about checking into Mavericks reefer program myself.
also checking into some of the OKC based companies.
