i'm weighing my options.
it's obvious we truckers can't find work as long as we're still working.
ZERO call backs in 6 weeks i been looking. 4 calls since i quit 2 days ago.
same thing when i first started 12 years ago. had to quit and stay home just to get any calls. they usually want interviews and road tests also. kinda hard to schedule when you don't know when you'll be home.
people keep talking about having another job lined up first. well, i don't see it happening. and this is my second go around.
on another note
samsung has this galaxy note phone. i'm really loving. verizon can't get orders till next month. sprint has one ready to sell right now. plus, i can get MORE value for my buck and save myself $50 a month.
AND, GET RID OF THIS CRAPPY MOTOROLA PHONE.
really thinking of doing the ditching and switching. for a better phone and paying less each month for service.
and NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO verizon doesn't have the better service. yall need to stop kidding yourself.

Snowwy, my daughter switched to Sprint when we switched to Verizon and when she is in her apartment she has no service and she lives in Huntsville. She has to go outside to talk to us and then drops the calls and it sounds like crap. 7 years ago I had T-never and lived a block and a half from her and NEVER had those issues. So it is either the service (Sprint) or her iPhone. Either way I'd much rather deal with the occasional lock up that we now know how to fix then that.
jess-juju Thanks this. -

your gonna get that with every service.
it's not the carrier. it's either the phone. or the building.
there's are lots of truckstops i can't get service at INSIDE. with verizon.
my aunt's house i can't make calls. no one can make calls inside her house. but have no problem with my house.
at my old house. had 2 sprint phones. one had great internet and calls. the other did not.
2 verizon phones. same thing. one worked one didn't.Last edited: Nov 15, 2012
