Picked up a load yesterday near Jackson MS and delivered it this morning in Dayton TN and we stopped at this nice TS in Dayton, $16 for brekky (for 2).

auctioned off on ebay. the going rate is 12G right now. and people are actually buying.

broke down in page arizona with a bad turbo.

think i'm just gonna give up trucking.

 

after spending 18 hours in page arizona. the mechanic decided to bring me BACK 70 miles to the shop in kanab utah. does NOT look like i'll be making delivery tomorrow. and it's a 4 day weekend.

 

instead of sitting in utah working my way home. i'm sitting in utah still trying to make delivery to phoenix. obviously won't be making turkey. and probably not delivery.

so here i sit. wide awake at the motel. pondering my future as trucker.

Such poor wording and sentence structure on that petition. It's no wonder people don't take truck drivers seriously.

That petition will never see 5,000 votes. I wish someone would make one opposing that petition so I can sign it.

 

looking at the truck breakdown sight. at the stats for trucks searching for repairs. that's how many times they've searched the site so far for today.

truck is finally done.

 

Recaps suck!!! Shop put on 4 new drives yesterday, and didn't even get 150 miles down the road before blowing one.

 

on my way home today phone rings seems 3 trucks got smashed up on the yard by 1 flippen obama supporter who cant drive. was headed to my folks for 4 days but now ill be eating turkey while sanding bondo and replacing front ends tomorrow thru sun.
