Just put another $1000 into our a/c. Why is this a recurring problem in a truck?

Have enjoyed my ht with the sis, but ready to get back out there. Pretty bad, when the one thing you look foward to is....... being back in your own truck!!!! For a little while longer anyway. Should be in a new cascadia within a couple of months. Dang sure gonna miss the room this cornbinder has tho!!!!

I have some friends who just got a new Cascadia Evolution two months ago. They are averaging 8.2 mpg

I guess fuel mileage is all relative, but it sure helps the pocket book when you see 8+mpgs. I managed 8.0mpg for June doing our ltl stuff. Last trip to CA I got 7.2mpg, but I was heavy both ways, lots of idling for my taste and rush hour in Seattle and L.A. did not help either.

Now I get to fix my daughter's car. I called her and she did not sound impressed since she had to get up at 9:30. I miss being a kid. No job, mom and dad pay for stuff and you knew it all better. :biggrin_25510:

I hope the mechanic gods are looking out for me since I get to work on a electronic 5 speed automatic transmission.
