I'm back in the truck now, tho still in PA. Didn't want to get up at o dark 30, with a hangover (grins and giggles), so that the sis could drop me off on her way to work.

Wow, didn't know that Home Depot had free wifi!!!

well, finally got out of the port. and to the TA truckstop. where the trailer scaled heavy. luckily sammons has a yard close by with a forklift. and was just strong enough to get the back crate off. rolled through the scale and into hesperia just in time for the sun to set.

tomorrow i finally get the heck outta here.

and the broker wants to cut my rate in half. ummm, i had to pay for a dude to get my load. i had to sit and wait for permits. and the pilot car has been back and forth TWICE NOW.

next time figure out a better loading strategy and ORDER A FLAT INSTEAD OF A STEP. cuz this wide and long crate you got on my top deck that hangs out 2 feet over the front won't allow me to turn very sharp.

Well, looks I have to go back to work tomorrow. Another run to CA :biggrin_25510:. At least I got to spent a lot of time with my daughter this week. We got her car fixed and I learned some new stuff. I learned that if the electrical connection to the solenoid plate on the transmission leaks oil can wick up the wiring harness into the car and mess up the ECU. Got that fixed and tranny shifts like brand new. Got all caught up on maintenance and a recall from the dealer and she is good to go.

yep. got the load to utah. but wether it finishes the remaining journey has yet to be seen.

i don't even wanna hear jess say she's on a load from heck again. cuz she'll never compare with the load i'm on.

7 days of arguing over one load. and it MAY be left in beaver utah with no pilot escort.

dear broker. it's not my fault the load ism't california legal. next time. ship it to the nevada state line where it CAN be hauled with a spread axle.

i didn't want your load. i ran out of patience BEFORE i picked up your load. and i don't everything possible to haul your POS load.
