that's why we have more accidents TODAY. then when i first hit the road. at that time, werner was the only one useing paperless logs. and accidents were rarely seen. untill winter time.

today, it's a once a week thing. at least.

you can't make the human body run on a clock.

somehow, we need a websight that the govt will see. and post pictures of accidents we see out there. cuz they AREN'T getting the message.

 

well, here i am. LARSEN FARMS. i'm the only flatted surrounded by ##### reefers. hundreds of them running there dang fridges.

Yes, I'm recapping at the moment. Guess I just had to whine a bit about it tho. Had gotten spoiled with being in an out and back company type of operation. I really don't mind recapping that much, just wish the runs we had, would allow me to even the days out a little.

 

Doesn't help either, that companies like transam, think they can get away with just 11 days of OTR training, before putting drivers, out on their own, in a big truck!!!!

 

I wish that teams could log for the truck, not the individual driver... Sometimes I'm better rested than Gary, and sometimes it's the other way around. If the driver that was rested could drive and the one tired could sleep, THAT would be safer!

 

Why do some rcvr's, feel like they can just use your trailer as a mobile storage container?? Have been here over 5 hrs now waiting on my trailer. Getting pretty danged disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

that's the point i've been making.

i'll drive when i'm awake and sleep when i'm tired. and being a team operation. is the worse operation. NO ONE can sleep when the truck is bouncing around down the road.

got a load that picks up 100 miles away. and pays pretty good. but it does to williston nd.

I'M SICK AND TIRED OF SEEING WILLISTON ND ON THE BOARDS. how is it that so much freight can go into one town. but NOTHING comes of the entire 2 states.

 

Picking up now in KY heading back to NC, We spend almost as much time in NC as we do TN.

 

only decent crap i can find around here. GOES HOME. although there's 2 loads going to tucson. by the same company. one pays better then the other. no infor though but i'm guessing they're OS for how good they pay. and the more expensive one prolly requires an escort.

 

after being on the board all day. now they're gone.

still a load of onions. to goshen, ny. but it's not paying enough.
