deliver my load in the morning at the air force base. then take my first ferry ride. for pick up to san diego.

 

These new HOS rules are killing me!!! Left out Sunday, got back today, have 15 hrs or so left, and doubt the company will send me out till after I reset. Can't even start a rest till tomorrow night!!!!

 

make sure to bring respirators. it's SMOKEY out here.

i don't mind a full lot idling there trucks.

but why is it, that when there's only ONE idiot idling his truck. he happens to be the idiot NEXT TO ME.

 

On our way to pick up a load going to Ogden UT .....Lets see how much cooler it is there.

 

Had a talk with the owner yesterday and he's finally realized that recapping is going to become a way of life. He's not happy about it and a lot of drivers won't be either. This company has been sold to drivers as an out and back and thats what most of the drivers here want.

it was 99 when i loaded at mountain home air force on wednesday. and smokey as crap till ellensburg.

 

Beautiful in North Bend Washington, mid 70's and sunshine. Sitting at the TA with a delivery in Sumner in the morning. Truck just got a bath, I think it is my turn now.

 

i'm on the other side of the lakes. be swinging down to olympia and down the 5. SOME TIME TONIGHT.

 

We used to deliver in Sumner a lot when JJ was with Motor West, they have a TS in Sumner (The Mustard Seed) dirt parking lot with giant pot holes oh and they charge you to park. Also a really nice BBQ joint in Sumner.
