new fuel sending unit. oil filler tube to fix the oil leak. (hopefully) still don't know on the CEL.

got offered a couple of loads already. IN THE WEST. when my truck gets done. i'm bouncing empty to miami.

haven't decided if that be arizona or florida yet.

 

You can have the nice snow this winter, I will be sitting around in a nice balmy 70 degrees.

Well, I get to go to Volvo in the morning for the recall about the clutch not disengaging when trying to come to a stop with the I-Shift transmission. I did experience that the other day first hand. Luckily I decided to do a counter clockwise turn between our warehouses and I only ended up in the grass a couple of feet. If I would have went the other way round I would have bounced of the wall. That would have been an interesting one to explain to the boss.

Did some short runs lately to Oregon and back and will head to Riverside again on Friday. L.A. here I come .

 

I am in Tampa now Jess. If it gets to cold for you up north just let me know. I will introduce you to my wife as a temporary roommate till the snow melts.

 

she keeps saying how warm she's going to be. but she wasn't very warm last year.

trying to get my tablet to print. or my phone. guess i'm going to have to upgrade my printers to bluetooth. only 1 has wifi. the other don't. neither are bluetooth

 

Thanks Chrome We intend to stay running around TN-NC so I shouldn't get to cold this year. Have you started running yet? We don't go into Florida much rates suck coming out unless you know someone.

truck still waiting for DOC module, catalyst filter, and fuel gauge sending unit. should be done tonight. with any luck. tomorrow i be running a west coast load somewhere.

 

Finally finished with the load and with getting a washout. Preparing to clean out the truck and enjoy 4 glorious days at the house!!!

 

I was back on the road Tuesday of last week. Got a newer truck and seem to be running pretty well.
Got close to 2000 miles last week, and home Friday. Should be around 2400 this week, I think lol. And should be home Tomorrow. Just need to get this darn load off and headed to Atlanta for pickup.
