Even tho my sister can really drive me up a wall, I've been enjoying this HT. For the first time, in a while, I'm just not sure that I'm ready to go back out.

We went and visited Tikal in Guatemala today and explored some Mayan ruins. Looking at Tikal is just mind boggling and I am at a loss for words. The site has 4500 structures and only about 15% have been uncovered. I guess the old saying never fails that time flies when you are having fun.
Panhandle flash and NoCoCraig Thank this. -
Good to hear you are having fun, think of us all back here in the states slaving away lol
vikingswen Thanks this. -
Hope you are enjoying the sites and learning a lot as well. You could be up here in Wisconsin where I am sitting in the snow headed to Minnesota. These windows are light to haul but when it is snowing it does not give you any traction.

Read about a 20 car pile up on I-35 WI its still in the low 40's here @ 2240 and hoping we don't get any snow at all not even a dusting

We had an awesome guide in Guatemala. He is part of the Mayan culture and I wish I could just remember a tenth of the info he gave us. The names are killers, its like going to Hawaii and looking at the names of things. I just realized they have a Mennonite community in Spanish Lookout and I wish I could have visited them as well. I might join and never come back.
popcorn169 and jess-juju Thank this. -
Last night I heard about a 10 car pile up around EAU Clair don't know if that was it or not. I know I had to shut down with almost 3 hours of driving due to snow. Tonight I am on I-35 at exit 11 and it is snowing again and wind is blowing I can feel the truck shaking. Got to get up at 4:00 here and go to Cedar Rapids Ia. then to Dyersville Ia. then to Elgin Il. then I get to go right outside of Roanoke Va. These windows are light but it makes it rough on snow covered roads and you can definitely feel the trailer rock with no weight.
Talked to the wife and rugrats this evening and it is starting to snow and school is 2 hours late so far. Kids happy wife not. Have a great night. -
Somebody hit my pick up while I was gone this last time. Not a happy camper!!!
