Yes. But he said they called his friends, meaning I presume his personal references. FMCSA doesn't require that. I always figured the only reason they even ask for personal references is to help them track you down if you skip out on them.mattymatt Thanks this.

Well, yeah, but that's a REAL job. They can pick and choose who they hire, with standards more stringent than "fog a mirror and pass a whiz quiz."

Yeah, I am not really happy about having to go to a mega but at least I think Schneider will be the lesser of the evils. At least they're safety-minded and I am very safety-minded so I think I'll get on well with them. I am hoping I will have a good experience in their tanker division.
