1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

WHY DOESN'T THE FMCSA SHOW YOU HAVING MC AUTHORITY OR INSURANCE??

I think that should be a simple question to answer. After 10 years you just haven't gotten around to it? I'm sure that there is a perfectly good explanation... If the site is wrong, then what is your mc #?

Again, I never said you weren't legit, just that there are questions that need answering...

For the sake of disclosure, so as to not dissuade a viable candidate from pursuing the position, I will gladly answer your questions! We don't have an MC number listed, because we simply own and staff the trucks, we do not operate under our own authority, which has served to be an efficient business model for us. As far as Insurance goes, I assure you that we are fully insured for bobtail, cargo, workmans comp, the list goes on, at least I hope those massive checks I send out every month are Insuring us! :biggrin_25525:

Now that I have fully disclosed, my name, my business location, my corporate entity structure, my operating authority, and the name of my 8th grade teacher, could we please get back to finding out if a driver with the original stated requirements is in need of a Produce job paying around 50K a year around the Twin Cities area (yes for a Texas Corporation, and yes with an Orlando number).:yes2557:

If you weren't so misleading and evasive, if not downright dishonest in your posts, we wouldn't ask so many questions. You brought the scrutiny on yourself.

I'm still waiting for a link to your website. I'd love to see it.
