They dont care where you worked at.What they are really checking for is any past DOT safety sensitive driving jobs you had in the past where you could have failed a DOT drug test and the company didnt put it on your mvr. So they have you sign a form releasing your drug test results and they fax it to your old driving job. They are required by law to report it to a future employer for 3 years. Yes thats what they are looking for. Since you havent had a CDL before(they'll check anyway) youll be fine. They can pull your employment records for any jobs you had and had taxes taken out.Employment dates should be fine.If there was any gaps between the jobs or unemployment drawn just make sure to list the dates of jobs and down time with 0 gaps on the paper.
